Programming Schedule
Tuesdays – STRONG Programming: Girls develop the foundation for lifelong health and well-being for physical and emotional wellness and decision making including but not limited to learning to care for their bodies and minds, build healthy relationships, set boundaries, and establish habits around fitness and nutrition.
Wednesdays – SMART Programming: Girls build the skills they need to succeed academically and beyond. Through reading literacy and hands-on exposure to science, technology, engineering, and math, girls expand their knowledge and interests. Alongside this, Girls Inc. provides dedicated college and career readiness support—equipping girls with the guidance, resources, and confidence to plan for and pursue their future pathways.
Thursdays – BOLD Programming: Girls grow into confident leaders and decision-makers. They learn to be self-sufficient and that their voice matters. They build essential life skills—such as financial, media and digital literacy, self-defense and self-advocacy, and leadership—while engaging in career exploration opportunities that spark their ambitions. With these skills girls strengthen their schools, communities, and workplaces, which benefits us all.
