Ever feel unworthy of your full power even when you’re winning? Or find it hard to get back up after a setback? True confidence isn’t about being perfect—it’s about emotional intelligence and resilience. In this high-energy session, you’ll build a concrete “Confidence Toolkit” to silence your inner critic, reframe failure as growth, and master the emotional skills needed to lead yourself and others.

What does it look like when young people step into their power and lead change? In this session, members of the Teen Advocacy Council (TAC) will share their journey through a year of advocacy exploring issues they care about, following the legislative process, and turning ideas into action. Participants will learn how TAC organized their work, built confidence as advocates, and used their voices to support multiple community issues. This session offers real examples, practical strategies, and inspiration for anyone ready to create change in their own community.
